Installation created with seven dancers in the University of Michigan Dept. of Dance’s First Year Touring Company. The dance began on Zoom, then rehearsed with 5-6 in the studio and others joining remotely, then filmed individual parts on white Marley. Presented the dance on 7 TVs, with 7 DVD players, inside the theater.
iSelf was one of eight finalists for the Michigan Choreography Award in Fall 2017. Live performance of the solo at Michigan Dance Day on October 6. A live camera feed run through Isadora to present multiple versions of my dancing body on a screen stage right.
